Founder

Michael A. D'Amelio, JD

Michael is a real estate professional with 25 years of development, banking, property management and leasing experience. His background includes positions as aRelationship Manager within the Community Lending & Investment Group for Wells Fargo Bank, whereupon he was tasked with managing legal, accounting and loan work-out activities in the eastern U.S. for the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program. While serving as the subject matter expert for the NMTC program loan administration group, Michael demonstrated his proficiency with deal structure and loan originations, as well as with substantive tax credit, legal and accounting protocols. In his position as Senior Vice President, Hunter Group, San Francisco. Michael headed the leasing and management of a portfolio of high rise office properties consisting of nearly 1.5 million square feet of assets located in the Central Business Districts of San Francisco and Oakland. Originally from New York, Michael was raised in San Diego County and is a graduate of the University of Southern California and of the University of San Diego School of Law. He is married and resides with his wife Dorothy in San Diego. 


Co-Founder

Gary Robert Goldberg, AIA

Mr. Goldberg has been exclusively involved in the architecture of health care facilities for over 25 years. During that time he has designed and planned projects for major teaching hospitals and urban medical centers, community hospitals, and regional medical centers in outlying and rural locations. Following his education at Carnegie-Mellon University, and prior to pursuing health care design, his professional focus was on technically sophisticated building types-research laboratories and recording studios. Mr Goldberg's recent interest has focused on simplifying and improving health care environments. He is the founder of LongWave Group, a self-assembled interdisciplinary collaborative devoted to the radical improvement of health care environments and an active advocate in the promotion of change that does not rely on incremental refinement.


Co-Founder

Maurice "MOE" Rosenberg, MBA

Moe has been actively engages in the real estate industry for over 40 years. Currently he is a private contractor to the real estate development community. As Director of Forward Planning for Rosenberg Development Services (RDS), a San Diego based real estate development consulting entity; he has instilled an "ownership mentality" that is rare and most welcomed by its real estate investment clients. His business and development strategies are outcome focused and results based - quantifiable, measurable and accountable. Moe has organized and directed complex projects from conceptual planning to build out. He has a proven track record of effectively interfacing with public works, planning, engineering and legal departments/personnel to meet local requirements and create positive relationships with community groups and civic leaders.


Mike Chiesl

Mike is a Naval Academy Graduate and former Marine Corps communications officer. While in the Marines, Mike completed two combat tours to Iraq and was decorated for service in conflict. Mike is now a Broker Associate at Pacific Sotheby's International Realty, specializing in real estate sales and investments. Mike's team consists of 30 realtors and his company has eight full time employees. As a realtor Mike and his team are to 25 of all of San Diego County's 6,000 realtors. Mike has been a contestant on the CBS series Survivor and host of ESPN's weekly real estate show "Winning the Market." As a disabled Veteran, Christian and philanthropist, Mike is passionate about serving service members, Veterans and Wounded Warriors for the enrichment and betterment of their lives.


Jengi A. Martinez, MBV

Ms. Jengi Martinez is 20-year veteran and active Air Force Reservist, presently serving as a Major and a C-17 Pilot/Aircraft Commander. She has over 15 years of experience, leading small to large sized teams with complex backgrounds and diverse disciplines. Her natural analytical skills and talent for logistical multi-level contingency planning is why she is entrusted with wide-ranging authority in a fast- paced, high stress environment where no day is ever the same. Having traveled to 78 countries, this international and diplomatic experience with multiple agencies has taught her the importance of knowing the “customer’s” needs and culture to better communicate and reach a common goal.

In response to having flown over 600 combat sorties, the majority of which were medical evacuations, she saw a need to reduce the effects of war on our service members and their families. Her entrepreneurial spirit and sense of social responsibility lead her to initiate the March Aviation Society (MAS) in 2011. This non-profit organization provides relief funds for southern California’s largest military air base and it’s military members. In 2015, Jengi joined the executive board of Carry On! Alliance, a non-profit organization focused on assisting the navigation, education and integration of the transitioning veteran.

At the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business, Ms. Martinez received a Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) degree. Following her MBV, she completed the Ross Program at USC’s Price School of Public Policy, where she received the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate - 2015 Best Developer’s Proposal Award. Jengi is currently developing two family properties and a facility for transitioning veterans.
